Dana Dyment

I have university degrees in Engineering Science (B. E. Sc., University of Western Ontario), and Law (LL.B., University of Toronto).  I have practiced law since my call to the Bar in 1983. From 1983 to 1994, I was in private practice in York Region.  Beginning in 1994, I worked for the Law Society of Upper Canada as a practice advisor to other lawyers. I missed dealing with the public and returned to private practice in 2000. My practice now focusses on the following areas of law:  residential real estate transactions (purchase, sale, mortgage, refinance of homes and condominiums), Powers of Attorney, Wills and Estates.

I am supported by two experienced legal secretaries who answer your telephone calls, have knowledge of your files and who keep me informed on your behalf.

"I am grateful to be the lawyer for multiple generations of many families over my thirty years of practice. Because of my commitment to service, my clients continue to be committed to me."
